Kome-koji (rice malt)
Rice malt made with 100% Shizenmai (non-fertilization / pesticide-free rice). They are the only ingredient for Niida-honke’s amazake (sweet sake made from rice malt) and rice malt chocolate. Rice malt is best for homemade miso (bean paste) and amazake.
Koji-amazake (sweet sake made from rice malt)
Amazake is very nutritious and good for your health. It contains amino acid, vitamin B1, B6, dietary fiber and enzyme. Made with 100% Shizenmai (non-fertilization / pesticide-free rice). Non-alcohol. Good for your family’s health.
Koji-chocolate (chocolate-like sweets made with rice malt)
Extract water from amazake (sweet sake made from rice malt) and crystalized. Rich sweetness and silky smoothness. It melts in your mouth. They come with delicate colors and shapes. Cacao free, sugar free, fat free. Non-alcohol. Four type of taste (plain, Japanese pepper, black sesame seeds and roasted soybean flour and raspberry).
